Dwight Pate DMD, DICOI
Dr. Pate received his undergraduate dental degree from the University of Florida College of Dentistry in 1985. He completed a residency program in General Dentistry at The University of Alabama in Birmingham in 1986. Early in his career he completed the advanced restorative continuum at The Dawson Center for Advanced Dental Study in St. Petersburg, FL and the Perio-Prosthetic series at The Institute for Advanced Dental Studies in Swampscott, MA under Drs. Skurow and Nevins. Also studying with The Pride Institute, these studies have molded his practice philosophy of comprehensive state-of-the-art dentistry. Having completed the Nash Institute for Advanced Cosmetic Dentistry in 2008 and studying with Implant Educators, his practice emphasizes comprehensive diagnosis and treatment planning with a focus on cosmetic, implant and advanced restorative dentistry. Since 2013 he has served as part time faculty with the University of Florida College of Dentistry teaching the residents in the Advanced Education in General Dentistry program and as clinical director for Implant Educators with a focus on 3D treatment planning and guided surgery.
